Vitality uses our massage therapy expertise to change lives. Massage therapy can relieve sore joints, inflammation, and other common conditions that make life harder. We take great pride every time one of our neighbors leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Grace Cerami has been professionally involved in the massage therapy community since 2018 as a front desk associate for a major massage chain before becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2020 prior to founding Vitality in 2023.

The daughter of an acupuncturist, Grace knew she had a love of helping people with their pain from a young age. From being the "massage person" in between sets during high school choir to helping people through their finals stress in college as a Health Sciences major, Grace has always had an academic and practical passion for massage therapy as a way to help people relax their minds and bodies through stress - both physical and mental.
